Meet the Founder

Julius is a seasoned engineer and entrepreneur, known for his deep expertise and leadership in Civil and Structural Design. As the founder and Principal Engineer of his company, he has established a reputation for excellence and innovation in the field. A proud alumnus of the Mapúa Institute of Technology, Julius earned the prestigious Silver Scholarship Medal for Academic Excellence. His academic journey continued at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, where he pursued an MBA, further enhancing his business acumen. He is also currently working toward a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering at Mapúa University, continuing to build on his technical expertise since 2022.

With more than two decades of professional experience, Julius began his career at DCCD Engineering Corporation, one of the Philippines’ top multi-disciplinary consulting firms. There, he honed his skills in civil and structural design in a challenging, high-stakes environment. His career then took him to Commonwealth Engineers Co., Ltd. (CEC), a prestigious Japanese consulting firm with an office in Manila. Julius quickly gained recognition for his exceptional work, which led to a special assignment at CEC’s Tokyo headquarters. Mentored by some of Japan’s finest structural engineers, he excelled and eventually became the youngest Director at CEC’s Philippine office, after serving as Chief Engineer.

Alongside his engineering achievements, Julius is passionate about education and mentoring. He has taught at the Mapúa Institute of Technology’s School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, inspiring and shaping future generations of engineers. Julius continues this mentorship approach within his own company, personally training and guiding his engineers with the same dedication that he received from his mentors. His commitment to excellence, both in design engineering and in fostering new talent, underscores his legacy and impact on the field.
